Product Use and Limitations:
1.1 The fire protection products manufactured by American Fire Control are intended for use in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, industry standards, and installation guidelines. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the products are used appropriately and in compliance with all relevant requirements.

1.2 American Fire Control shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from the improper use, installation, maintenance, or modification of our products.

Ordering and Payment:
2.1 Orders can be placed by contacting our sales representatives directly. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by American Fire Control.

2.2 Payment must be made in full at the time of order placement unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Shipping and Delivery:
3.1 American Fire Control will make reasonable efforts to ship products within the agreed timeframe. However, we shall not be held responsible for any delays or damages occurring during shipping that are beyond our control.

3.2 Shipping costs, including any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees, shall be borne by the customer unless otherwise stated in writing.

Warranty:
4.1 American Fire Control offers a 5-year limited warranty on its fire protection products, effective from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance.

4.2 In the event of a defect covered by the warranty, American Fire Control will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the defective product or component. The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.

4.3 To initiate a warranty claim, customers must provide proof of purchase and contact American Fire Control’s customer service within the warranty period. Our customer service team will guide you through the claims process and provide further instructions.

4.4 The repaired or replaced product or component will be covered by the remaining warranty period of the original product or for a period of 90 days, whichever is longer.

Limitation of Liability:
5.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, American Fire Control shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of our products, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data.

5.2 In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
6.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

6.2 Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the United States.
