Kitchen Fire Suppression System

A fully automated, UL-approved kitchen hood fire suppression system designed to provide rapid and reliable fire protection in commercial cooking environments. Built for performance and safety, the system quickly detects and suppresses fires, helping to minimize damage and ensure uninterrupted operations.

The system features a stainless steel container filled with advanced wet chemical agents that effectively suppress flames by forming a protective layer over the fire while simultaneously cooling surrounding surfaces. This dual-action approach not only extinguishes the fire quickly but also helps prevent re-ignition.

Equipped with a linear heat sensing cable (rated between 150°C and 180°C), the system continuously monitors temperature levels and automatically activates when abnormal heat is detected. An automatic actuation valve ensures immediate discharge, while a manual activation option provides additional control during emergencies.

The suppression agent is distributed through durable steel tubing with precision spray nozzles, ensuring uniform and efficient coverage across the protected area.

Available in capacities of 7.5L, 12.5L, 17.5L, 22.5L, and 27.5L, the system can be customized to meet the specific requirements of different kitchen sizes and layouts.
