Description

The American Fire Department Connections, offer firefighters a way to attach hose lines to a fire sprinkler system in order to enhance the domestic water supply. This is critical in ensuring that the active fire protection systems have sufficient water supply to combat fires.

The FDC with a straight body is equipped with two swivel inlet connections that are separated by a single clapper. This clapper acts as a check valve, which prevents backflow when only one hose is connected.
